Description
Model PT1016 is a microprocessor-based
multi-channel controller that provides up to 16 channels
of continuous gas detection. The controller is housed
in a Nema 4X weatherproof enclosure. PT1016 can be interfaced
with any of Pem-Tech's toxic and combustible gas sensors.
The controller provides a front panel user interface
with alarm LED indicators and large LCD with backlight.
PT1016 allows each channel to be programmed
for sensor type and discrete alarm levels. Five fully
programmable alarm relays are provided. The alarm relays
can be configured to activate on any of the 16 channel's
alarm levels for use with external devices such as horn
or beacon.
On the main control board along
with a low power microprocessor are real time clock
and non-volatile memory for data logging. The unit can
store up to seven days of historical data and 200 alarm
events. The historical data and the system configuration
report can be easily downloaded to a laptop computer.
