Description
Model PT1008 is a microprocessor-based multi-channel controller
that provides up to eight channels of continuous gas detection.
The controller is housed in a Nema 4X weatherproof enclosure.
PT1008 can be interfaced with any of Pem-Tech's toxic and
combustible gas sensors. The controller provides a front panel
user interface with alarm LED indicators and large LCD with
back light.
PT1008 allows each channel to be programmed for sensor type
and discrete alarm levels. Four fully programmable alarm relays
are provided. The alarm relays can be configModel PT1008

ured to activate on any of the 8 channel's alarm levels for
use with external devices such as horn or beacon.
On the main control board along with a low power microprocessor
are real time clock and non-volatile memory for data logging.
The unit can store up to seven days of historical data and
200 alarm events. The historical data and the system configuration
report can be easily downloaded to a laptop computer.
